Prices and space availability quoted in your proposal are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed until a reservation is secured with a deposit. All deposits and payments to Crown Legacy Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with third party vendors. The balance payment must be received no later than 60 days before you commence your trip. If your tour includes a cruise, flight, luxury train or any other service that requires a payment we will require a higher deposit towards the booking for these services. If a reservation is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of confirmation of services. Crown Legacy Travel reserves the right to cancel your bookings if full payment has not been received by the due date and apply cancellation charges as specified in our cancellation policy (See below).
While we do accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, travelers must provide to us an electronically signed charge authorization agreement for your trip payment transaction(s). Note: charge authorizations are required for each monthly payment (Referring to Scheduled Monthly Payment Plans) made to Crown Legacy Travel. Monthly payments will be automatically charged with your authorization. Your authorization is a binding agreement for us to charge your card and as such, you waive any right to chargeback in the case of cancellation for any cause (except fraud), including a Force Majeure event, as defined herein, and agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in these terms and conditions. In the event a client attempts to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a trip payment already made without the authorization of Crown Legacy Travel, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, fees and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal or recollection, including trip professional service fees, without limitation, attorney fees.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be submitted to Crown Legacy Travel via the following email address: cancellation@crownlegacytravel.com. We are required to pay all suppliers well in advance of your travel date; therefore, Crown Legacy Travel offers no refunds (travel Insurance is highly recommended). In some cases, suppliers may choose to provide a travel voucher or credit in lieu of refund. If a supplier agrees to a travel voucher or credit, Crown Legacy Travel will make those available to you. We are not responsible for a supplier’s failure to offer a travel voucher or credit or for supplier bankruptcy or insolvency.
No refund can be made for any tour accommodations, tour services or tour feature that you do not utilize. If you should cancel while the trip/tour is in progress no refund will be made for unused portions.
If a tour is cancelled, except for cases of Force Majeure, Crown Legacy Travel will not be liable for any costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever in such circumstances.
Because we and our suppliers adhere strictly to our cancellation terms, travel protection is highly recommended.

FORCE MAJEURE

Crown Legacy Travel may be forced to curtail the trip after departure or cancel prior to departure where circumstances amounting to ‘force majeure: rise’. In this situation, Crown Legacy Travel will not make any refunds or pay any compensation or be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result and our cancellation terms above will apply. “Force majeure” means any event or circumstances which we or the supplier of the services in question could not foresee or avoid. Such events and circumstances may include, acts of God, actual or threatened, war, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil action, decisions by governments or governing authority, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes of schedules or operational decisions of air carriers, terrorist activity or the threat thereof, industrial action, natural or nuclear activity, epidemics/pandemics or the threat thereof, illness, physical injury, quarantine, medical or customs or immigration regulation, delay, or cancellation, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

SUBSTITUTION

Crown Legacy Travel will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the itinerary as it has been published; however, the final itinerary may vary due to factors beyond our control. We may, in our sole discretion, substitute services or goods of similar quality for any service or good stated in the Itinerary. These changes will not be considered a material change and will not be considered cause for cancellation by the client. If the supplier suggest alternate activities in place of a planned stop or in case of leisure time, such suggestions do not constitute our endorsement. In such a case, you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of the activity and your only recourse in case of damage will be against the supplier of the alternate activity. During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on certain days of the week, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. Crown Legacy Travel cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes, or curtails for any reason. These changes will not be considered a material change and will not be considered cause for cancellation by the client. Normal cancellation penalties still apply to the program that has been changed.
TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN

Crown Legacy Travel strongly recommends that you invest in a travel protection policy to protect you should there be any unforeseen circumstances which may lead to the cancellation of your trip. Such plan, at a minimum, should cover Trip Cancellation or Interruption, Cancel for Any Reason, Medical Expense, Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, and Baggage. Travel protection plans can help protect you in the event of loss of non-refundable trip deposits and payments that result from cancellation or trip interruption (due to a covered reason such as injury or illness before or during the trip). It also helps with reimbursement for medical emergency costs (including very costly medical evacuation costs), missed connections and baggage loss.
Crown Legacy Travel offers travel protection quotes on our packages for an additional payment. Note: we are not qualified to answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions, and conditions of travel protection plans. We cannot evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage. If you have any questions about your travel protection, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker.

Certain countries have a requirement for foreign visitors to have valid medical insurance on entry. Crown Legacy Travel cannot be held responsible for denied entry if a guest is unable to provide details to authorities of insurance or denial of entry for any reason. Declining travel protection plan coverage could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. You also acknowledge that without this coverage, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred. If you choose to travel without adequate coverage, Crown Legacy Travel will not be liable for any of your losses for which trip protection plan coverage would otherwise have been available.

Unless otherwise indicated, all price rates shown are in United States Dollars and are per person sharing a double–bedded room. These prices are in effect at the time of providing you our proposal and are subject to change at any time prior to departure. In addition, quoted tour prices are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes available at the time of preparing your proposal. Crown Legacy Travel reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs of tariffs, entrance fees, air fares, taxes and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.

Crown Legacy Travel may alter the rates in writing in case of arbitrary changes in rates related to park entry fees, fuel increases, flight rates or accommodation suppliers. Once you have booked a tour and made full payments 60 days prior to tour departure, the contract rates are fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges.

DESTINATIONS

Traveling to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism and warfare. Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, we are not in a position to advise or recommend whether traveling to any particular place at any particular time should take place. It is recommended that the guest should refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov). In addition, you should consult with government websites to ensure that you are in compliance with all requirements for admittance into that country as well as understanding local laws that govern travel within a country, such as tracking. Should you choose to travel to a country that has been issued a travel warning or advisory, Crown Legacy Travel will not be liable for damages or losses that result from travel to such destinations. Should you choose to cancel a trip due to a travel advisory or warning, our normal cancellation policy will apply.
PASSPORT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all of his or her visa and passport requirements are met. All participants must be in possession of a passport valid for at least six months beyond the re-entry date into the United States. Visas and necessary vaccinations may be required for some, or all of the countries visited on your trip. Please check the visa requirement/s at the time of booking. Crown Legacy Travel will assist you with visa formalities and we do recommend that you use the services of a reliable visa service to obtain your visas. Additional fees will be applicable. NOTE: If a visa is required for your planned trip, Traveler agrees to purchase their airline ticket and obtain a visa within thirty (30) days of booking their trip. Non-U.S. citizen/s may have different requirements and it is recommended that you consult your local consulate/embassy on visa requirements. Please note that entry to any country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. It is the responsibility of the Traveler to ensure that there are adequate amounts of passport and visa pages within their passport booklet, in accordance with the requirements of the planned trip destination. Crown Legacy Travel bears no responsibility for such documentation and will not be responsible for advising and/or obtaining required travel documentation for you, unless requested, or for any delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your vacation related to improper documentation or government decisions about entry.
Travelers are required to immediately review all aspects of their trip documents to verify the following (but not limited to): all travelers’ names, passport details, mailing address, email addresses, telephone numbers, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your trip documentation.
Note: Any changes (name change, room change, etc.) to the itinerary once finalized will result in a minimum charge of US $50 per person per change.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Health regulations for some countries visited on your trip may require proof of inoculations and/or vaccination certificate; such certificates should be in your possession throughout the entire tour. It is our recommendation that you consult your personal physician or Passport Health via the web at www.passporthealthusa.com in regard to your itinerary and required inoculations. Crown Legacy Travel will not be held liable if you do not have proper vaccinations/inoculations. For the safety or our guests, we reserve the right to request health information prior to travel and to exclude any participants we deem unfit for travel at our sole discretion.
COVID -19

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By booking a trip with Crown Legacy Travel, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Crown Legacy Travel will not be held responsible or liable if you or your party get Covid-19.
We strongly recommend getting Travel Insurance that covers Covid-19.
AIRLINE BAGGAGE REGULATIONS

Flights originating from the U.S permit 1 to 2 checked bags and a carry-on bag with weight and size restrictions per person, which can vary with each airline. First and Business class travelers are provided additional weight allowance. It is important to check your baggage allowance with your confirmed itinerary or with the respective airlines prior to your departure.
Domestic or Internal flights within certain countries have limited check in baggage allowance. Note: baggage weight allowance may vary per person. Charter flights, if and when used, will also have limited weight allowance and may require soft-sided luggage. These limitations are strictly enforced.

Baggage and personal effects are at owner’s risk throughout the trip and baggage insurance is strongly recommended (See Travel Protection section). Carrier liability for traveler’s baggage can be obtained from the respective airline. Crown Legacy Travel will not be liable for damaged, lost, stolen, checked and unchecked baggage. Please read all the conditions of your ticket. Federal Law and treaties limit the amount of recovery for loss of or damage to your luggage or its contents. To protect against such limitations, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance (See Travel Protection section).
